Yield 12-16, 2 inch biscuits.

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/3 c margarine
  • 2/3 c milk

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.  Cut in margarine.  Stir in milk.  Knead gently.  Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into circles.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
