2/3 c light corn syrup
2/3 c sugar
1/2 t salt
2 quarts popped popcorn

Add corn syrup, sugar and salt.  Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Add popcorn.  Stir for 3 minutes, until coated.  Form into balls about the size of a baseball.  Work fast, keep mixture as hot as possible and coat your hands in margarine before you start to prevent the sugar mixture from sticking to your hands.
