5/6 c margarine
3/4 c coco powder
2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 1/4 c flour
Melt the margarine in a sauce pan, stir in coco, remove from heat.
Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder and flour, stirring well between additions.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes in two 8 x 8 greased pans.
Serve plain or add a layer of chocolate chips on top of the brownies immediately after they come out of the oven. Let the pans sit for a few minutes until the chocolate melts then spread it smooth, and serve.
