• 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 2 T white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 4 skinned & boneless chicken breast halves

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large ziplock bag, mix well, add the chicken and marinate in frig for at least one hour.   Cook chicken in a skillet coated with cooking spray.  Add reserved marinade and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
