• 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 T sesame oil
  • 4 T lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinch paprika
  • 3 T fresh parsley

Combine chickpeas, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, paprika and parsley in food processor.  Blend until smooth.  Add juice from chick peas to achieve desired consistency.
