1 c flour
1 T sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/8 t salt

Place all ingredients in a blender, pulse blender until batter is smooth.

Lightly grease a 8 inch skillet, heat. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons of batter and spread evenly in skillet by tilting the skillet. Return to heat, brown one side only. Fill with whipped cream and fresh fruit, roll closed. Serve.
