2 c milk
2 c flour
3/4 t salt
Beat the eggs slightly, add milk, flour and salt, beat until smooth. Let batter rest, then beat lightly. Fill 12 to 16 greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 450 degrees ~ 12 minutes, then lower the temp to 350 degrees and bake an additional 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the pan immediately. Serve hot.
In mini pans bake 450 degrees ~20 minutes.
