1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon curry powder *
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving, will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks or more.

Great to use as a dip for cold cooked shrimp.

* curry is a strong flavor, consider using just 1/2 teaspoon if you prefer milder flavors
