1 quart cubed meat and gravy left over from a previous nights beef roast
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Bay Leaves

Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and simmer for at least one hour. Serve over noodles.
