1 ½ -2 lbs. Italian Sausage
2 cups sliced celery
2 (28oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup chopped onion
1 t salt
1 t sugar
1 t dried crushed oregano
1 t Italian seasoning
½ t dried crushed basil
¼ t garlic powder
6 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise then sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 c water
1 c red wine

Chop sausage into bit size pieces and brown in a large pot. Add next 9 ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer and additional 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield 3 quarts.
