¼ cup soy sauce
2 ½ tablespoons honey
1 ½ tablespoons sherry
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 pound pork loin, cut into thin strips
1 ½ tablespoons sesame seeds
1 ½ teaspoons powdered mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients in a plastic Ziploc bag, add pork strips and mix well. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and add the last 2 ingredients to the bag, mix well. Dump the entire contents of the bag onto a shallow baking sheet with sides, spread them around evenly on the pan. Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally to see if they need to be stirred.
