In a sauce pan combine
2 cups tomato Sauce
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon dried mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dash hot sauce

Thread on 8 kabob sticks some of these items:
cubes of steak
shrimp, pealed and de-veined
cherry tomatoes
cubes of onion
squares of green pepper
small segments of corn on the cob
1 inch pieces of zucchini or summer squash

Simmer the contents of the sauce pan for 30 minutes. Place kabobs on a hot grill and baste with sauce immediately, grill 10 minutes. Turn the kabobs over, baste again and grill until done, approx. 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
