4 cups baked turkey left-overs, diced
8 cups water
1 can (46 oz.) V-8 Juice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
6 cups cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil, simmer for two hours.
