1/3 cup coco
¾ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup cornstarch
3 cups Silk Chocolate Soymilk
3 tablespoons margarine
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla

Combine coco, sugar, salt and cornstarch, mix well. Slowly add the chocolate soymilk a little at a time, whipping constantly. Bring the mixture to a full boil over medium heat whipping continually, then lower the heat and cover the pot. Let it boil gently for 5 – 10 minutes. Remove from heat and whip in margarine and vanilla. Pour into cups and chill.
