5 to 6 lb. pork roast or pork loin
2 medium onions, peeled and quartered
1 teaspoon ground cloves

Place pork in a large pot and cover with water, add onions and cloves. Simmer 3 to 5 hours or until the pork easily pulls apart. Discard onions and drain the water off the pork. Pull the pork in to small pieces, serve with your favorite barbeque sauce.
