2 lbs. ground beef
3 large cloves of garlic
2 large onions
2 cans of tomatoes, 16 oz. each
2 cups water
2 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz. each
1 can tomato paste, 6 oz.
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans kidney beans, 16 oz. each, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons chili powder
Dash of hot sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cayenne peppers or 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper

In a large pot, brown the ground beef, chopping the meat into small pieces as it cooks. In a blender, process the garlic, onions and tomatoes in two batches, then add to the browned meat. Add all other ingredients to the pot, stir well, and simmer for one hour.
