1-2 loaves Italian Bread (depending on the size of the loaf)
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 oz mozzarella or provolone cheese, sliced
6 oz pepperoni, sliced
6 oz salami, sliced
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
Pickled sweet peppers

Slice bread lengthwise, layer the meat, cheese, tomato and peppers, being sure to keep the meat and cheese next to the bread and the tomatoes and peppers layered away from the bread. Mix the margarine, mustard, parsley, garlic and crushed red pepper, brush the mixture on one side of the bread. Wrap the sandwich in tin foil, bake in a pre-heated oven 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Variation: Appetizer size sandwiches, slice the bread vertically, one cut all the way through, the next cut just to the crust (leaving two slices attached). Brush the mustard mixture between the slices that are still attached, stuff the sandwich with the meats, cheese, tomatoes and sweet peppers. Wrap the loaf in tin foil and bake as above.
