1 lb ground beef
1 slice of bread crumbs (approx 1/4 c)
1 tablespoon dried Parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 egg

To make bread crumbs, turn on a blender, add one slice of bread, quickly put on the lid. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well, form 12 to 15 small balls, bake on a baking sheet with sides, covered with tin foil. Bake 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
