1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 (14.5 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons crushed dry cilantro

Brown and drain ground beef. Saute onion and garlic until tender, add yellow pepper, saute an additional few minutes. Add the meat and the next 14 ingredients to the onion mixture. Simmer 30 minutes. Add vinegar and cilantro, stir well, and serve.
