Egg Salad
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled, rinsed and diced
1/2 cup celery, diced small
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Mix well celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Gently fold in the diced egg. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
