1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon roughly chopped fresh thyme leaves
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, garlic, red pepper , salt and thyme. Roast on a baking sheet until golden and tender, about 15 minutes.
