2 to 3 peaches, sliced
3/4 cup peach brandy
1 bottle white wine
1 liter white peach seltzer water

In a pitcher place 3/4 of the sliced peaches (saving some for garnish) and brandy and lightly muddle.
Add the wine and seltzer water, mix well. Pour into ice filled glasses and top with a fresh peach slice.

If peaches are out of season, use frozen peaches.

You can mix this drink the day before, all but the seltzer water, and store it in the refrigerator. Add the seltzer water just before serving to retain the bubbles.
