1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup each: chopped carrots, corn, peas
Mashed potatoes
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix egg, ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley and fry in a skillet. Add flour, mix well. Add water, rosemary, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, simmer until liquid thickens. Add carrots, corn and peas. Pour into I pie dish, spread mashed potatoes on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes, sprinkle with cheese, bake an additional 5 minutes.

Variation: Individual size servings – split recipe into 6 (4 ½ inch) small tin foil pans.
