Bowl 1
beat 2 egg whites
2 teaspoons sugar

Bowl 2
beat 2 egg yolks
add 1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup melted margarine
stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour

Bowl #1 beat egg white and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Bowl #2 Beat egg yolks, milk and margarine. Stir in the salt, baking powder and flour.

Fold bowl #1 into bowl #2 gently but thoroughly. Preheat waffle iron, coat lightly with oil before adding batter.
