2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
2 cups corn, frozen
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomato, 14.5 oz
2 cans diced tomatoes and green chilies, 10 oz
2 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz

In olive oil saute onions and garlic. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.

Top each serving with chopped tortillas or crushed chips and shreadded cheddar cheese.
