1 lb hamburger, low fat
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes, petite diced, with juices
1 can (15oz) kidney or black beans, rinse and drain
2 cups frozen corn
1 jalapino, seeded and minced

Saute hamburger, onion, green pepper and garlic in a skillet until hamburger is browned. Add all other ingredients, heat thoroughly. Serve with Tostitos “Scoops” as an appetizer, or with cornbread as a meal.
