1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of red pepper flakes

In a Ninja or food processor pulse the garlic and onion until minced, add the parsley, cilantro, and oregano and pulse briefly, until finely chopped. Add the olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper flakes and mix well by hand. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for several days. Good with Steak.
