Chocolate Crust
30 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Crust Prep
Stir together crushed cookies and melted margarine. Press into a 9 inch buttered pie plate.

Pie Filling
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can cherry pie filling, cherries chopped
2/3 cup Chocolate sauce
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Filling Prep
Spoon softened ice cream evenly over the crust, cover and freeze until firm. Spoon the chopped cherries from the pie filling over the ice cream including a small amount of the sauce, discarding the majority of the sauce. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the cherries and return the pie to the freezer to harden. Just before serving cover the pie with whipped topping.
