2 lbs. chicken
1 cup orange juice
½ cup lime juice
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons dry oregano
1 large or 2 small jalepinos, seeded
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 ½ t cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Process all but chicken in a food processor. Add chicken to a slow cooker, cover with the processed ingredients and cook on high for 3 hours. Shred and serve with flour tortillas and a variety of sides.

Suggested sides: shredded purple cabbage, shredded lettuce, sliced onions, pickled onions, black beans, diced tomatoes, diced mango, minced jalapeno, tomato salsa, corn and bean salsa, guacamole, queso fresco, grated cheddar cheese, taco sauce, and/or salsa verde.
