1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate aka Accent(optional)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
8 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins

Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with sides by adding ¼ inch of vegetable oil.

In a bowl, beat the milk and egg with a fork to blend well.

In a second bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Place chicken, one piece at a time into the flour mixture, then in the egg and milk and then back into the flour. Place chicken on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the chicken, being sure the pieces do not touch. Bake 15-18 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly, turning the chicken over half way through cooking.
