2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 orange, sliced into thin rounds
1 bottle rosé (750 mL)
3/4 cup brandy
1 liter sparkling water (strawberry if available)
In a large pitcher, combine the strawberries and orange slices. Add the bottle of rosé and the brandy over the fruit. Chill for at least an hour. Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water. Spoon some of the fruit into a glass, pour in the liquid, and serve.
