1 head of cauliflower, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
2-3 tablespoons olive oil, enough to coat the cauliflower
A pinch of salt
pepper to taste
A pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic to a gallon ziplock, mix contents together. Place cauliflower in the ziplock and toss until evenly coated.
Lay cauliflower pieces out on a baking sheet. Bake, stirring once, until caramelized on edges and tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
