2 1/2 cups of cooked, chopped/shredded chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
2 tablespoons chutney (Major Grey’s)
2 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons red pepper, diced
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped (green and white parts)
2 tablespoons golden raisins

In a medium sized bowl combine mayonnaise, chutney and curry, mix well. Add the chicken and stir until all the chicken is well coated with the dressing. Then add the celery, red pepper, green onions and raisins, stir gently to incorporate well. If you have the time refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
